Article 12: Final Clause

12.1 On all the agreements closed with MF to which above mentioned conditions apply, the Aruban Law is applicable.

12.2 These terms and conditions appear in Dutch and English. In case of indistinctness on the interpretation of certain rules, the Dutch text is decisive.
