3.3 The client is obliged to mark off the work area where MF is supposed to execute its assignment, so there will not be third parties/promoters on this work area.

3.4 If the work area has not been sufficiently marked off by the client and there are still third party/promoters on the work area, all the related costs have to be paid by the client.

3.5 If the activities of MF cannot continue normally because of circumstances beyond MF’s fault, all the related costs will have to be paid by the client.

Article 4: Prices, payment, interest and collection costs

4.1 All of the specified and agreed prices are exclusive BBO.

4.2 All the invoices that are sent to the client by MF have to be paid within 30 days after the date listed on the invoice (“invoice date”). This can be done by means of a transfer to bank account 42.68.318 of the RBTT Bank, in the name of More Flow International N.V., or by paying by cash or check in our office at Tamarijn 61. If the payment has to be picked up by MF, Afl. 25.00 will be charged to the client.

4.3 Payment of the invoice amount should always take place without any deduction or debt settlement.

4.4 Failure to meet the agreed terms of payment of 30 days after invoice date will bring the client without further notice, in default. When this happens, the client will have to pay over the invoice amount, including BBO, as well as on the eventual under the terms and conditions mentioned collection costs, 2.5% interest per month for each month that payment is not made, where part of a month will apply as a full month.

4.5 The payments made by the client are in the first place to meet all interests and costs and second to pay invoices due to the longest time.

4.6 Claims related to the amount of the invoice should be made in writing to MF within three weeks after the invoice date, under penalty of forfeiting the right to subsequently correct the amount of the invoice to dispute.

4.7 Claims related to the work carried out by MF must be done within one week after the date that the work has been carried out by MF.
